At iStitch, we make returns easy and hassle-free.
We understand that sometimes things don’t work out. That’s why we offer returns or exchanges within 30 days of your order date. To be eligible, items must be unworn (except for trying on), unwashed, and unaltered. Once approved, you’ll have 14 days to send the item back to us.
Returns are processed within 3–5 business days after we receive your items. Please contact us to start a return or exchange.
